BESTBOND’s attitude on supply chain values demonstrates that we are determined to work with reliable partners and never cooperate with suppliers who engage in illegal activities or disrespect human rights.
Human Rights Statement
BESTBOND embraces principles which have been described in the United Nations’ Universal Declaration on Human Rights, and pays attention to employees' well-being and development. We strive to create a fair working environment and improve management systems so that our employees are treated with respect and dignity.  
As shown in our company culture and business philosophy, Bestbond is always committed to supporting the United Nations’ Universal Declaration on Human Rights, Electronics Industry Code of Conduct.
1. Eliminate discrimination in employment, prohibit human trafficking activities and respect free choice of employment.
2. There is prohibition of child labor in any stage of manufacturing. And Bestbond will provide appropriate support and training to interns or student workers.
3. There is to be no harsh and inhumane treatment including any corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion or verbal abuse of workers in BESTBOND; Disciplinary policies and procedures in support of these requirements shall be clearly defined and communicated to workers.
4. BESTBOND tries to provide a safe and healthy work environment. And ongoing safety education is essential to identifying and solving health and safety issues in the workplace.
Ethical Conduct
BESTBOND's ethical conduct demonstrates principles of integrity, equality and fairness in working. The conduct has been recognized and obeyed by our officers, directors and employees. And it is necessary in both business activities and company governance. We embrace ethical conduct described in Electronic Industry Code of Conduct.
1. Business Integrity
BESTBOND and its partners shall uphold the highest standards of integrity in all business interactions. Any and all forms of bribery, corruption, extortion and embezzlement should be prohibited.
2. No Improper Advantage
Bribes or other means of obtaining undue advantage are not to be accepted by BESTBOND and its partners. BESTBOND's employees are not allowed to gain benefits from customers and suppliers exceeding proper scope.
3. Disclosure of Information
BESTBOND insists that all business dealings should be transparently performed. Information regarding labor, health and safety, environmental practices and business activities is to be disclosed in accordance with applicable regulations and prevailing industry practices.
4. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights are to be respected. And BESTBOND is responsible for ensuring that information of customers and partners will not be disclosed.
5. Fair Business, Advertising and Competition
Standards of fair business, advertising and competition are to be upheld. BESTBOND and its partners comply with relevant laws applicable to business activities.
